Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Fresh Minced or Chopped Ginger Root
1/2 Cup oil (of choice)
1/2 Cup water
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until the mixture becomes a semithick sauce/paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use this to flavor or accompany any Asian dish. This is great when mixed with garlic sauce or a curry paste and used together as a flavoring for an Asian dish. Substitute the salt and pepper for sugar or sweetener and use sweet ginger sauce to flavor desserts and other sweet asian dishes. Use about one teaspoon for recipes.
