Chili Garlic Noodles with Ground Pork

For those who love their noodles a little spicy, this easy to make dish is an all-time favorite!

Ingredients:

Simply Asia Noodles & Sauce Chili & Garlic flavor
8 cups water
11/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp canola oil
8 ounces ground pork
Pinch of white pepper
2 cups chopped vegetables such as green beans

Directions:

In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water with 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil.
Add noodles and boil for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Drain well and rinse with cold water.
Heat a wok or nonstick skillet over high heat. Add canola oil, ground pork, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of white pepper.
Stir-fry meat for 1 minute and then add chopped vegetables and Simply Asia Sauce. Stir until blended.
Reduce heat to medium and add noodles. Stir until warm and evenly coated with sauce.
Sprinkle noodles with topping (included in Simply Asia Noodles & Sauce package.)
